We have been supporting small business customers for almost 20 years. Some of our corporate customers have us handle all of their IT needs and others have us support their in-house staff. Either way, our goal is to minimize downtime and increase employee productivity.

Remote Support Services

We offer phone support and can fix many problems remotely using our web-based support tools. As long as you have a working Internet connection, we can provide emergency assistance or ongoing maintenance. Working remotely often saves our customers money.

Residential Services

We offer computer repair, upgrades, and consulting services in our tech shop just SE of Foothills Parkway and Pearl Street in Boulder, CO. In the event a residential customer needs on-site service, we will dispatch a technician, but our business service rates apply.

Email Solutions for Small Businesses

Email Solutions We offer several different solutions based on your requirements. Some customers are fine with free solutions such as Gmail, but others need more flexibility and control over their email, calendars, and contacts. Our current favorite messaging/collaboration server is Kerio MailServer (KMS), an alternative to Microsoft Exchange. KMS is far less expensive to install and administer than Exchange, and is cross-platform (meaning it can be installed on Windows PCs, Macs, and Linux BOXES. There are still some cases where Exchange might be a more appropriate solution, and we can analyze your needs and make a recommendation based on what is best for your business.
